All natural =
high quality

We value nature more than anything. We produce sustainable high-quality apparel designed for the outdoors. Therefore our products are made from only natural materials without applying any plastic. FreyZein is based on a bicircular concept. This implies the use of mainly biodegradable or recyclable elements. FreyZein apparel is resilient, timeless and functional. It is manufactured in Europe under fair labour conditions while the amount of waste during the production process is minimized.

Nature is us.
We are nature.

It is our origin and our place of belonging. By striving for improvement humans have taken more advantage of nature than we can return. Our company thinks in cycles. The products we design can be reused and recycled. Some parts can be put back into the biocycle where the materials biodegrade. They are produced to increase the connection to nature and endure time. The goal of a circular fashion system is to eliminate waste and pollution and help to regenerate the environment.

It‘s time to
rethink

It is important that we work towards a sustainable fashion industry. We need to have a close look at reducing our consumption alongside moving towards more circular models of production. The circular economy is an extremely exciting area. Our products are made with sensitiveness and a responsible mind-set. We care for nature and the upcoming generations.

Fast fashion has no future

The fashion industry is the second largest polluter in the world just after the oil industry. And the environmental damage is increasing as the industry grows. Every time we wash synthetic clothes we inwillingly release individual microfibers into the water, making their way into our ocean.

Fast fashion has no values

It’s obvious that clothing has become disposable. It has no value anymore. Synthetic fibres, such as polyester are non-biodegradable and can take up to 200 years to decompose. The main fibres that are used in the fashion industry are synthetic fibres. That is why more and more textile waste is generated each year. We need to change the fast fashion industry for the good of our environment.

100% Sustainable

On the one hand we only use natural materials that can either biodegrade or be recycled. On the other hand we focus on short ways of transportation, a certified, local production and full transparency for our customers. To make our products durable we embrace high quality and robust materials. We want to offer products that occupy a deeper value.

Giving back

Under the concept we call “Weloveolution” we want to give something back to the environment and the people. As a team and a company, we take our responsibilities serious. Our goal is to support worldwide initiatives for a greener economy and brighter future for our planet. Therefore we started donating a certain amount of our profit every year. Our partner “1% for the Planet” is acting as the connecting link between companies that want to make a positive impact and selected non-profit organizations who support environmental and humanitarian causes.

The logo

The logo unifies all parts of nature. The zig-zag lines resemble mountains and therefore the earth, the wavy lines stand for the sea and water. The whitespace between them is like the wind and the air and it also symbolizes transparency. When it all comes together it looks like a zoom in on fabric.
